"I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend Easter Sunday than, along with a good friend, taking a vegan cooking class taught by Roy and Colin of Rancho Vegano. I’d been looking to expand the vegan meal options I make for both my husband and myself and this experience was the answer. Roy and Colin spent a considerable amount of time determining what my friend and I were looking to gain from the class and then tailored it to meet our needs. Upon arrival at Rancho Vegano, we were welcomed with steaming coffee and delectable vegan cookies in a friendly, supportive environment. With mugs of coffee in hand, we then got down to the business of vegan food prep and cooking. Along the way, Roy and Colin shared their insights and vast knowledge regarding healthy eating, nutritional needs and exercise. At the end, my friend and I had four different flavorful (and easy to make!) meals to bring home and share with our loved ones. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to expand their vegan meal repertoire. I see myself returning in the future, with my husband, so that he can broaden his horizons in the kitchen as well. Thank you, Roy and Colin, for such a fun and meaningful day! "
